Our History (NIBS)

From regional seminars to a permanent campus in Patiala, NIBS has grown as a hub for Baptist theological training across North India.

2009

Seminars began to foster theological literacy among Hindi-speaking pastors and church planters in Northern India.

2013

North India Baptist Seminary was established in November 2013 under the leadership of the present President.

2013

An initial cohort of 16 students from three states enrolled: six from Punjab, five from Uttar Pradesh, and five from Uttarakhand.
