I joined NIBS in 2020 with little knowledge about the remarkable platform it is. After completing my B.Th. from Presbyterian Theological Seminary, I desired to pursue a master’s degree but lacked the financial resources. Thankfully, NIBS offered me a scholarship that allowed me to study while serving as a leader in their MBC Transform Youth platform.

In my role as a youth leader, I had the privilege of serving 70+ young people at Maranatha Baptist Church every Friday. This platform helped me grow in knowledge and skills, particularly in preaching and ministering effectively to the youth. I witnessed not only transformation in the lives of those I served but also a profound change in my personal life and teaching under the leadership of NIBS and MBC.

Through my conversations with Director Henry, I gained a deeper understanding of Baptist doctrine. Though I had always identified as Baptist, it was not until these mentoring sessions—backed by solid biblical evidence—that I truly embraced the rich, historical, and biblical foundations of the Baptist faith.

Over time, I was entrusted with increasing opportunities at NIBS and MBC, which led to my involvement with the Academic Team in 2022. In this role, I helped organize teaching programs and contributed to the development of a higher level of study for North Indian pastors and leaders.

Looking back on my growth since 2020, I cannot help but feel grateful for the way NIBS has shaped my theology, ministry, and leadership. I highly recommend this seminary to any young, passionate leader aspiring to serve God’s kingdom and the church. For Hindi-speaking individuals, it offers an excellent platform, with seasoned leaders—many with over 20 years of ministry experience—and a well-qualified faculty, many of whom are already serving as pastors.

I am currently pursuing my Master in Divinity at North India Baptist Seminary and am eager to serve as your brother in Christ.
